Position: Deputy Manager / Manager - Business Development

About the Role

Devyani International Limited (DIL) is looking for agile and results-driven professionals to support business growth across our brand portfolio. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth initiatives across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive growth across DILs brand portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, landlords, aggregators, and other strategic stakeholders.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and expansion opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, including prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Track business performance metrics,



prepare periodic reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Represent DIL at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate recent opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Ideal Experience: Candidates should have 57 years of experience for the Deputy Manager role and 7–10 years for the Manager role in business development, sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing key client relationships.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and achieve business targets.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
