Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across 275+ stores (Respective locations Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad).
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple hiring channels.
Coordinate interviews, manage offer rollout, pre-joining, and onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring within defined TAT.
Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and collaborate with business leaders on hiring needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives as required.
