Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should be able to create a secure, engaging, and joyful learning workplace for young children while supporting their overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities for Pre-Primary students.
Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Teach concepts through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Maintain regular records of student progress and classroom activities.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Use stories, rhymes, music, art,



games, and hands-on activities to make learning interesting.
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline in a positive manner.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, B.Ed., or a relevant field.
Prior experience in Pre-Primary / Kindergarten / Early Years teaching is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable classroom management and activity-planning skills.
Ability to use innovative and child-friendly teaching methodologies.
