Role & responsibilities :
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network for EV scooters.
Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners in potential markets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and ensure their business growth.
Conduct regular dealer visits and monitor sales performance.
Take follow up old Dealer
Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, roadshow, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate product demonstrations, test rides, exhibitions, and EV awareness activities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
Provide regular market feedback to management regarding customer requirements and competition.
Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with dealers regarding stock requirements.
Support dealers in lead generation and conversion activities.
Train dealer sales teams on product features, advantages, pricing, financing, and sales processes.
Track enquiries, bookings, retail sales,



and dealer performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure achievement of territory-wise sales and retail targets.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to address customer/dealer concerns.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, schemes, and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile :
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field preferred.
7 to 8 years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or consumer durable sales.
Experience in dealer/channel sales will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Solid sales, target-achievement, and business-development orientation.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
