Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, remote position focused on promoting Enbios sterilization solutions to professional customers across target markets. The person in this role engages prospective and existing clients through digital and phone channels, presents product features and advantages, and provides tailored recommendations based on industry needs.

Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, and preparing basic quotations or proposals in coordination with the sales team. The Sales Specialist maintains accurate records in the CRM, supports onboarding and training of new customers on product use, and collaborates with marketing to share market feedback. This role also involves providing responsive customer support, building long-term relationships, and contributing to sales targets and overall growth.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills,



including explicit verbal and written interaction with diverse skilled clients.
Customer Service and relationship-building skills to support users before and after purchase.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Training and product demonstration skills to guide customers in using Enbio devices effectively.
Basic Sales Management abilities, such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM use.
Experience selling technical or medical devices, equipment, or solutions is an advantage.
Comfort working independently in a remote, part time setting, with strong time-management and self-organization.
Proficiency with online meeting tools and business software; English fluency required, additional languages are a plus.
