Responsibilities
Comprehensive understanding of business process and business terminologies
Understand Business Requirements and Perform Business Analysis
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Valuable in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Zoho People, Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail, etc.
Complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
Manage the project quality, meet delivery time line and estimate
Implementation, customization and administration of suite of Zoho One applications including Zoho CRM, Inventory, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books
Understand the business requirements of the client and implement and customize various modules (CRM, Sales, Accounts, HR etc)
Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues.



Track issues and provide periodic updates
Business Intelligence conceptual understanding and Business process mapping and flowchart preparation, documentation

Requirements
ERP Implementation and project management experience
Assist, train and create guidelines for the users to understand the complexities of the product.
Should be open for Travel within /outside the city
Must possess robust leadership and change management skills and will work with the teams to effect successful upgrades/changes in the ERP system
Robust planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making skills and problem-solving aptitude
Proficient in English language communication (oral and written)
