Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, communicating with clients and industry professionals, generating leads, and coordinating follow-ups.
Freshers and MBA pursuing students are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients, architects, builders, contractors, and potential customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Introduce the company's Interior Design services to prospective clients.
Generate leads through calling and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Design team.
Schedule client meetings.
Maintain customer and lead information in MS Excel / CRM.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
Confident and positive personality.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to understand and communicate client requirements.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn about Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction.
Eligibility
B.Com graduates / candidates.
MBA pursuing students can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

A confident, well-spoken, energetic, target-oriented, and presentable candidate who is comfortable interacting with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
