Role & Responsibilities
Visit local shops, restaurants, retailers and other businesses in the assigned area.
Meet business owners and explain the JodIndia platform, vision, features and benefits.
Identify potential businesses and generate interest in joining the JodIndia platform.
Complete the business registration/onboarding process.
Assist business owners in adding their products/services, prices, photos and other required information.
Ensure that onboarded businesses have complete and accurate profiles on the platform.
Build and maintain solid relationships with local business owners.
Conduct regular field visits and follow up with interested businesses.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business onboarding targets.
Maintain records of visits, leads, registrations and successful onboardings.
Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.




Represent JodIndia professionally and increase awareness of the platform within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident personality with the ability to interact with business owners.
Positive convincing, negotiation and basic sales skills.
Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable with field work.
Willingness to travel within the assigned local area.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates with experience in field sales, business development, merchant onboarding, FMCG, telecom, food delivery or similar roles will have an advantage.
Local candidates with good knowledge of the area/market will be preferred.
