Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive analytics, deep learning, generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms, with a solid ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
Develop AI solutions leveraging NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Predictive Analytics.
Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, and production deployment.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production settings.
Collaborate with data engineers,



software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and governance standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Data Science.
