Position: International Voice Process Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process
CTC: 6 LPA (Fixed)
Location: [Hyderabad]
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Compensation & Perks
Fixed CTC: 6 LPA
5 working days per week.
2 rotational week-offs.
Rotational shifts.
One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Meet process-specific quality, productivity,



and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates should have no absconding history throughout their qualified experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
