Install, configure, upgrade, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity, and availability.
Perform cluster lifecycle management, including patching and upgrades.
Troubleshoot platform, networking, storage, and application deployment issues.
Manage OpenShift projects, namespaces, quotas, RBAC, and security policies.
Configure and maintain OpenShift Operators and Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM).
Manage container images, image registries, and image security scanning.
Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Implement and support GitOps tools such as Argo CD or OpenShift GitOps.
Configure ingress controllers, routes, load balancers, and DNS.
Work with persistent storage solutions, including NFS, Ceph, and cloud storage.




Automate routine administrative tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
Support monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana (EFK), or Loki.
Ensure compliance with security standards and implement vulnerability remediation.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for production deployments.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Provide L2 operational support, including participation in on-call rotations as required.
