Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (Radiologists, Technicians, Front Office, Sales, Corporate roles, etc.)

• Work closely with department heads and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements

• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and internal databases

• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Track and manage candidates using ATS / recruitment trackers

• Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and joining coordination

• Maintain recruitment data, MIS, and hiring reports

• Support bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines





• Provide a positive and qualified candidate experience Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Exposure to healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, or service industry hiring preferred

• Robust sourcing skills and knowledge of Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn job boards.

• Positive communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment trackers

• Basic understanding of employment documentation and compliance.
