Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the companys IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives, ensuring reliable, secure, and effective IT services aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud and on-premises systems, servers and networks.

• Oversee API integration, enterprise applications and software systems.

• Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology projects.

• Ensure network security, cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity.

• Lead IT support, troubleshooting, system availability and performance.

• Manage IT vendors, budgets, licenses and technology procurement.





• Develop and implement IT policies, standards and security controls.

• Lead and develop the IT team while driving continuous technology improvement.

Qualification & AMP ; Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science

• 5 -12 years of relevant IT experience, with proven managerial responsibility.

• Robust experience in software integration, cloud/on-premise infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial organisations will be preferred.
