Lead ERP business/process study across multiple companies and functions.
Understand existing processes and identify gaps, standardization prospects and system requirements.
Act as the central bridge between business stakeholders and ERP implementation partners.
Drive implementation plans, milestones, ownership and governance.
Coordinate functional teams for data readiness, process mapping, UAT and migration.
Ensure implementation is aligned with actual business requirements rather than only system configuration.
Track risks, dependencies and implementation progress and provide explicit visibility to leadership.
Drive user adoption, training and post-go-live stabilization.
