Branch Manager Gems & Jewellery
Achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, stock audits, and loss prevention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security standards.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and branch reporting.
Coordinate with Head Office and support promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
8–15 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years as a Branch Manager, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Solid leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
Positive knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and billing systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
