Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for fire fighting, HVAC, and other critical equipment.
Oversee project management activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements :
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures & fittings, electrical installations & maintenance.
Proven track record in managing projects from concept to completion within budget constraints.
Experience in fire fighting systems, assistant Manager MEP roles, and MEP systems is desirable.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Robust understanding of safety regulations and standards for fire fighting and HVAC systems.
