Role & responsibilities
Oversee in office construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
Read and interpret drawings; execute work as per approved designs.
Supervise structural works and finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring (tiles, marble, wooden), false ceilings, and carpentry.
Prepare and maintain daily labour reports and activity checklists.
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet industry standards.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for seamless execution.
Manage procurement and quality control of structural and finishing materials.
Identify and rectify snags or defects before project handover.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education : BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience : 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
