Responsible for handling daily shop operations including customer service, billing, stock maintenance, order coordination, shelf arrangement, cleanliness, and staff support. Must ensure smooth store functioning and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle daily shop opening and closing operations
Attend customers and provide product guidance
Maintain stock availability and shelf arrangement
Monitor inward and outward stock movement
Coordinate billing and cash handling
Check expiry, damages, and stock shortages
Support wholesale and retail order processing
Maintain cleanliness and product organization
Coordinate with delivery staff and suppliers
Maintain daily sales and purchase records
Ensure rapid customer service and smooth workflow
