Job Summary: This role involves leading the recruitment process, collaborates with leadership to plan hiring, actively participates in recruitment, and manages end-to-end processes. Responsibilities include relationship-building, team management, and client understanding. It also focuses on data management, analytics, and other tasks as directed by management.

Job Description:
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from recent clients.
Leads the recruitment process and completion of hiring goals. Responsible for working with Business Leaders and hiring managers to define recruiting plans for the year.
Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensure the highest bar.
Responsible for handling end to end recruitments inclusive of client co-ordination, service delivery, interview coordination and relationship building with selected candidates pre joining and post joining. Being the single point of contact (SPOC)



for allocated clients.
Work towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Overseeing the execution of all activities by junior personnel. Team Management and focus on the development of the team.
Developing a positive understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and setting.
Searching, creating and managing candidate Database according to client's requirements. Helping clients for proper assessment of the required roles. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
Networking, research and data management
Analytics: Create reports, and apply the findings to improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures.
