Job Summary

We are looking for a Korean Interpreter / Translator to support the HR Department in communication between Korean management, Indian employees, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for Korean-English interpretation, document translation, employee coordination, and HR communication support.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Korean to English and English to Korean interpretation for HR meetings, employee discussions, interviews, and management communication.
Translate HR documents, emails, notices, policies, reports, employee communication, and official correspondence.
Support HR team in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee communication, and documentation.
Assist Korean management in understanding HR-related discussions, employee matters, and internal communication.
Coordinate with employees, candidates, vendors, and internal departments as required.
Prepare translated meeting notes, action points,



and follow-up communication.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information, HR documents, and management discussions.
Support cross-cultural communication between Korean and Indian teams.

Required Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years of experience as Korean Interpreter, Korean Translator, or Korean Language Specialist.
Valuable Korean and English communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR activities will be preferred.
Ability to support meetings, document translation, and employee coordination.
Should be qualified, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

Qualification

Any Graduate. Korean language certification such as TOPIK or equivalent will be preferred.
