Job Description

We are looking for a CASA Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Business/Current Account sales and account-opening processes.

The role involves working with Dubai/UAE-based business clients and managing client calling, documentation, system processing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Business/Corporate Current Account acquisition for Dubai/UAE clients.
Make outbound calls and communicate with business owners and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and explain relevant business banking solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve account-opening and sales targets.
Collect, verify and process KYC and business account documentation.
Handle system login, application entry, document uploading and processing.




Coordinate with internal/banking teams for verification and application processing.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and application updates.
Maintain accurate client and application records in the CRM/system.
Ensure smooth processing of cases until account opening/activation.

Candidate Requirements
6 Months – 2 Years of relevant experience in CASA, Business Banking, Current Account, Banking Sales or Financial Services.
Hands-on experience in Business/Corporate Current Account handling and account opening.
Experience in banking documentation/KYC processing and system-based application processing.
Prior experience in client calling, sales and follow-up.
Good understanding of business/company account documentation.
Positive English communication and professional client-handling skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and banking systems.
Experience with UAE/Dubai banking or financial services will be an added advantage.
