Role & responsibilities
To carry out the plant operation during start-up/shutdown safely and smoothly as per SOP.
Minimization of down time of plant due to process abnormality.
To monitor plant critical parameters & to take corrective action in time.
Recording of significant parameter in shift log book along with the job details carried out in the shift.
To assist JE during filling of liquid Oxygen back up tank at minimum pressure fluctuation ,during plant tripping / as and when required.
To inform to Shift In charge about any uncontrollable abnormality of the plant timely and take corrective action as suggested by shift in charge.
Follow the quality procedures and ensure safety/COT/BBS and 5S in plant area.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in -
a. Industrial Gases Plant Operations.
b. DCS Operation
c. Plant Optimization
d. Commissioning of the Plants.
