The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for the agency. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads across industries through research, networking, and outbound communication.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Rioconnu's services and set up meetings.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks customized to client needs.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to build impactful business pitches.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and follow up consistently.
Understand client requirements and map them to suitable agency solutions.
Track and report lead generation activities, conversions, and sales metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and emerging business prospects.
Represent Rioconn professionally in client meetings and marketing events.

Requirements
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar role (preferably in advertising or digital agencies).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid presentation, persuasion, and networking abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising processes.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive and energetic attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with accountability.
