Shift Operations & Target Achievement: Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet volume targets.
Shop-Floor Management: Assign tasks to operators, monitor line speed, reduce downtime, and ensure optimal utilization of machinery and raw materials.
Quality Assurance: Monitor ongoing process parameters (temperature, pressure, cure times) to minimize defects.
Workforce & Labor Management: Supervise, train, and mentor floor operators and contractual laborers. Manage shift rosters, attendance, discipline, and skill-matrix evaluations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate shift logs, production yield reports, rejection metrics, and shift handover documentation in ERP/MES systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer/Rubber Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on production experience in a tyre manufacturing plant or heavy rubber processing industry.
