N nBhanzu is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our Renewals Team and drive business growth across India & GCC .
N n Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
N n We're lookingfor candidates with:
N n3–6 years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Retention, Customer Success, or Inside Sales
N1–2 years of team handling experience
NStrong track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets
NExcellent coaching, performance management, and stakeholder management skills
NEdTech or high-growth B2Csales experience is preferred
NWillingness to work from the Bangalore office

- Fixed CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA N
- Performance Variable: Up to ₹4 LPA N
- Total Compensation: Up to ₹14 LPA N
