Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for drivers, fleet supervisors, and operations staff on company processes, safety standards, and compliance

Create and maintain training content, including SOPs, process flow charts, checklists, and video tutorials.

Deliver onboarding training for recent drivers and fleet personnel, covering operational procedures, route management, vehicle handling, etc.

Train staff on usage of fleet management systems, GPS tracking tools, mobile apps, and reporting mechanisms

Ensure adherence to vehicle safety, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance protocols through regular training

Assess training needs based on operational feedback and incidents

Conduct refresher training and process re-training as required

Track training attendance, completion, and performance of participants

Work with operations and compliance teams to update training modules as needed

Support incident reduction and performance improvement through process standardization and targeted training

Experience in training field staff, drivers, or logistics coordinators is preferred

Valuable understanding of fleet operations, route optimization, driver behavior, and safety norms.
