Role & responsibilities for MBA Intern in Operations & Supply Chain-
Assist in day-to-day operations and supply chain activities.
Support procurement, sourcing, and vendor management processes.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
Assist with demand forecasting and supply planning.
Track procurement, logistics, delivery, and supplier performance.
Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Use MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and performance tracking.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as lead time, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, OTIF, and cost.
Identify process inefficiencies and support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Assist in preparing SOPs, process documentation, and management reports.
Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
Perform market, supplier, and operational research as required.
