Role & responsibilities
Provide secure, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients.
Assess patients' condition and monitor vital signs regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Ensure proper implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly escalate concerns.
Maintain infection prevention and control practices at all times.
Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and hospital policies.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.




Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of patient care areas.
Handle biomedical equipment responsibly and report any malfunction.
Participate in emergency situations, including Code Blue and disaster management.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient dignity and rights.
Follow NABH standards, quality protocols, and organizational policies.
Attend mandatory training programs and participate in continuous career development.

Preferred candidate profile
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Valid State Nursing Council Registration
Relevant clinical experience preferred (Freshers may also be considered as per requirement)
