Role & responsibilities
Planning and organizing production schedules. Overseeing production processes
Responsible for the overall production, capacity and material planning, inventory control, and scheduling activities to maximize schedule adherence, customer service, and delivery.
Monitor and responsible for the complete production LED display products.
Ensure the output meets defined parameters.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and integrity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance prior to dispatch
Maintain inventory records of products.
Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock
Coordinate the dispatch ofproducts.
Ensure accurate labeling and proper packaging.
Preferred candidate profile
Min. 5 years of experience in a production unit. (LED Display exp added advantage)
Relevant educational background: B.Tech or Diploma or Any graduate
Solid leadership skills, ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, encourage teamwork, and manage employee performance.
