Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, HR documentation, attendance, payroll inputs and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring smooth HR support to the Bangalore location.

Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection and onboarding.
Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, induction and exit processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave, shifts and payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll/finance teams.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, advantages and general HR matters.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes and company guidelines.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs and internal communication.
Assist in performance management, appraisal cycles, probation confirmation and PIP processes.
Coordinate with Administration,



Finance, IT and other departments for employee-related requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment and employee movements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Any Graduate / MBA - HR
Positive knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS and HR documentation.
Good understanding of attendance, leave and payroll processes.
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Positive problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
