Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle CDH solutions, enhancements, extensions, and customizations based on business requirements.
Support Customer Data Hub processes involving TCA model, customer accounts, customer sites, contacts, customer profile data, and customer merge activities.
Configure and support duplicate identification, survivorship rules, partial / full merge processes, override scenarios, data validation, cleansing, and enrichment.
Provide technical and functional support for customer and site maintenance, production issues, and quote-to-cash process touchpoints.
Build and enhance Oracle MDM interfaces, custom reports, forms, extensions, custom applications, and data migration utilities.
Work closely with business users,



service business partners, DBAs, admins, and surrounding application teams to troubleshoot cross-platform dependencies and incidents.
Prepare design documents, configuration documents, technical specifications, test cases, and user training / support documents.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production validation, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Communicate technical information clearly and drive problem resolution with solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
