Role & responsibilities

The position will drive the growth and profitability of the organisation by managing key accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships in the rigid plastic packaging sector. The role demands a deep understanding of B2B sales, end-consumer needs, and effective management of the order-to-delivery cycle while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Business Development: • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with end consumers and B2B clients in the rigid plastic packaging industry in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Food & automotive segments • Expand the customer base by targeting new markets and segments, developing strategies for growth. • Leverage customer relationships to develop new customers for the company
Key Account Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their needs are met and queries resolved promptly.



• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. • Maintain strong relationship with purchase & packaging development departments of customers to generate new business.
Current products and new packaging: • Engage regularly with packaging development departments of customer to give them new ideas, concepts & solutions to their existing products and recommend new and innovative ideas for new products. • Work on developing recent packaging with a focus on sustainability that should be a joint effort between Vimoni and customers packaging development teams.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic reports for senior management. • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
