Brainware University is looking for smart, confident, articulate and well-groomed young specialists to join our Strategic Relations Team. The role involves working closely with senior leadership and interacting with significant personalities across Government, administration,

industry, education and other sectors.

We are looking for professionals who can communicate, connect, organise, use AI intelligently and represent Brainware University with confidence.

What You Will Do :

• Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of significant contacts and institutions.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with senior politicians, bureaucrats, Government officials, corporate leaders, academicians and other distinguished personalities.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, invitations and follow-ups.

• Communicate regularly with important external stakeholders.

• Assist in organizing high-profile University programmes and events.

• Support guest relations, protocol and hospitality.

• Assist with media coordination and external communication.





• Use AI tools extensively for research, communication, database management, presentations and day-to-day work.

• Accompany senior officials to meetings and programmes whenever required.

Qualification :

B.Tech / BBA / MBA / Graduate in any discipline ( Over 70% marks in 10+, 12+ and final degree examination )

Age Limit: 30 years- 40 years.

Place of Work :

Salt Lake Sector V / Barasat Campus / Any other office of Brainware University. The position may require travel within Kolkata and West Bengal for meetings, programmes and official assignments.
