Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling the companys products or services by providing technical knowledge and support to customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
Meet customers and understand their technical requirements.
Explain product features, advantages, and technical specifications to customers.
Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
Follow up with customers for orders and maintain relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Skills:
Technical knowledge related to the product/service
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Negotiation and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
