Role & responsibilities :
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious or fraudulent activities.
Identify irregularities related to medicine handling, billing, inventory movement, and store operations.
Monitor compliance with company policies using surveillance and internal monitoring systems.
Prepare detailed reports with supporting evidence and escalate incidents to the concerned teams.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support investigations and corrective actions.
Preferred candidate profile :
Valuable observation and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Solid documentation and reporting skills.
Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
