Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Founder Executive to work closely with leadership and support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of improving operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps and resolve issues before escalation
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and business ideas
Identify repetitive manual processes and help automate them using AI tools
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Act as a bridge between teams, workflows, and automation systems
Use AI tools and technology to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
Track progress, ensure accountability, and take ownership of deliverables
Prepare reports, updates, and operational documentation as required

Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field
2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, or similar roles
Experience in IT, Startup, SaaS, or Telecom industry will be an added advantage
