Job Summary

The Sales Manager Retail Parts is responsible for increasing retail parts sales in the assigned territory by developing new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships[PK1] , expanding market reach, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop recent customers and expand the dealer/distributor network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Increase market coverage and identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.




Submit regular sales and market reports.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of sales manager experience.
Experience in dealer/distributor sales is preferred.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of the market and customer needs.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
