Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager LAP to manage the overall branch business, drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, develop the market, and lead the sales team to achieve business and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and achieve LAP business targets.
Drive new customer acquisition through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and other channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders, property agents, and other business partners.
Generate quality LAP leads and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.
Lead, motivate,



and monitor the performance of the branch sales team.
Ensure achievement of monthly business, disbursement, collection, and profitability targets.
Evaluate customer profiles, property details, and business potential before recommending cases.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through proper customer and case selection.
Monitor competition and market trends to identify recent business prospects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular branch reviews and prepare MIS/reports for management.
