BAR Waiter / BAR Waitress – Roles & Responsibilities

The Magnus Hotel (4-Star Property)

The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with The Magnus Hotel’s service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a polite and qualified manner.
Present menus, explain dishes and beverage options, and take accurate food and drink orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
Ensure tables are set properly before service and cleared efficiently after service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and work areas at all times.




Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
Assist in banquet and event service as and when required.
Ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits through attentive service.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant is an added advantage.

Reporting To

Restaurant Supervisor / F&B; Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
