Role & responsibilities -
Monitor daily delivery and distribution networks to ensure on-time delivery.
Grow subscriptions and manage vendor or carrier relationships.
Track circulation data and prepare routine MIS reports.
Resolve customer complaints regarding delivery issues or missing copies.
Coordinate with marketing and printing teams for promotional campaigns.
Daily Reporting to Circulation In charge/ Manager.
Recovery Planning & Monitoring.
Planning for Copies Development.
Proper Coordinate with circulation Team and Planning of work completion.
