Role & responsibilities
Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by

Customers.
Prepare & submit project Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing

(GAD’s) & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.
Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document

submission schedules regularly.
Create aggregate BOM of Instrument & Electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.). Ensure

that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.
Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement,
Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS;, TSS, Purchase

and production to ensure smooth progress of project.
Intern department (TSS, PM & PS, Purchase) co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of documents

without commercial impacts (LD’s,



penalties etc.) if applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirement profile:

D.M.E. Mechanical / Production with 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience

B. E. - Mechanical / Production with 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience

Preferably from Pump industry with handling project business

Functional Skills
Positive product / technical knowledge and experience of Centrifugal pump
Knowledge of various Standards like API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN, IEC etc
Proficiency in SAP – SD/PP Module and MS Office (Specially Excel).
Exposure to Excel, Word, Power Point applications
Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX
