Analyze product-wise profitability and recommend corrective actions.
Support annual and periodic pricing revisions.
Monitor contribution margins and EBITDA thresholds across product categories.
Inventory Management & Control
Conduct inventory ageing analysis and evaluate NRV (Net Realizable Value).
Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate physical inventory verification and ensure timely closure of observations.
Monitor inventory leakages, wastages, and process inefficiencies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Perform channel-wise and product-wise profitability analysis.
Track cost-saving initiatives and monitor realization of advantages.
Analyze material consumption and identify usage variances.
Review purchase reconciliations and identify process gaps.
SAP Costing & Reporting
Manage product costing and profitability reporting through SAP.
Work extensively on COPA (Profitability Analysis) module.
Support cost allocations and profitability reporting.
Ensure accuracy of BOM and overhead components within SAP.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Purchase, Taxation, and Finance teams.
Support management decision-making through analytical insights and recommendations.
Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Accurate monthly product costing runs.
