An Interior Project Manager and Site Supervisor handle end-to-end execution, in office supervision, vendor coordination, and quality control for residential or commercial interior projects.

Role Overview

The Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor bridges the gap between design teams, clients, and ground-level workers. This role ensures that interior fit-outs, modular installations, and civil works match technical drawings and finish on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily on-site activities including carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, painting, and modular furniture assembly.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute 2D and 3D design layouts, shop drawings, and basic AutoCAD plans.
Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage daily workers, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Quality & Safety Control: Inspect workmanship, flag defects instantly, manage snag lists,



and enforce site safety protocols.
Material & Resource Management: Track delivered inventory, check measurements, minimize waste, and forecast upcoming supply needs.
Client & Project Reporting: Provide daily or weekly progress updates, handle queries, and resolve in office escalations before final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in commercial interior execution, fit-outs, or modular furniture.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of interior materials, carpentry details, and basic blueprint or AutoCAD reading.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-handling abilities under rapid-paced work conditions.
Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.Role & responsibilities
