Key Responsibilities
CNC troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines to minimize downtime.
PLC programming: Develop, modify, and update logic in Siemens & Fanuc PLCs.
Preventive maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and controllers.
Electrical installations: Supervise installations ensuring compliance with statutory safety standards.
Electrical Drawings: Interpret electrical drawings to understand specifications and requirements. Prepare basic conceptual drawings as the foundation for developing electrical drawings.
Vendor coordination:
Manage vendor interactions for spares, specialized repairs, and technical support.
Documentation & compliance: Maintain breakdown records, root cause analysis, compliance reports, and QMS documentation, ensuring adherence to ISO & Aerospace quality standards.
Skills Profile
Solid expertise in CNC machines and robotics within a forging/manufacturing setup.
Proficiency in PLC programming, electrical tools, and inventory management.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and machine manuals for troubleshooting and installations.
Competence in QMS compliance and documentation aligned with ISO & Aerospace standards.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership in managing technical teams.
