Role & responsibilities

Developing design concepts, moodboards and material palettes.

Preparing detailed CAD drawings, working drawings and technical drawings.

Creating and coordinating 3D visualisations.

Translating design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.

Coordinating with vendors, contractors and consultants.

Regular site visits, site supervision and execution management.

Monitoring quality, timelines and design intent on site.

Managing client communication and presenting design proposals.

Understanding client requirements and translating them into thoughtful design solutions.

Coordinating with the internal design team and delegating work where required.

Resolving in office challenges and taking decisions proactively.





Tracking project progress from design development through execution and final handover

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is ready to take ownership of projects from conceptualisation to handover. Someone who enjoys being on site, working with vendors, solving problems, communicating with clients and, most importantly, making things happen.
