Own product hardware lifecycle planning from introduction through retirement, including product health monitoring, refresh planning, customer migration strategies, and end-of-life execution.
Lead Recent Product Introduction (NPI), product transition, and retirement planning activities across the portfolio.
Assess product performance, adoption, supportability, and operational risks to maintain a healthy and sustainable portfolio.
Partner with internal hardware, software, quality, and supply chain teams to identify and address lifecycle, supportability, and obsolescence risks.
Ensure product decisions balance customer value, operational efficiency, technical constraints, and business goals.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own the product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for the hardware and Firmware portfolio.
Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, hardware refreshes, and strategic initiatives based on customer needs, market prospects, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Develop product requirements and success metrics to guide execution and measure outcomes.
