Job Purpose

To provide specialist training in vacuum technology and equipment , covering vacuum generation, measurement, leak detection, chamber systems and vacuum equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Teach vacuum fundamentals and pressure regimes.
Train learners on rotary, dry and turbo pump concepts.
Explain vacuum gauges and measurement principles.
Conduct practical demonstrations of chambers, valves and fittings.
Train learners on leak detection and troubleshooting.
Explain pump-down curves and vacuum-system behaviour.
Develop preventive-maintenance and troubleshooting exercises.

Required Skills Experience
5 12 years of experience in industrial vacuum, semiconductor equipment or vacuum research .
Robust knowledge of vacuum physics, pumps, gauges, chambers, valves and leak detection.
Valuable mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Robust understanding of equipment safety.
