This role involves planning, monitoring, and coordinating production activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, technical requirements, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Monitor production progress and update schedules
Coordinate between production, engineering, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams
Manage production orders and update data in the ERP system
Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documents
Monitor material availability and identify shortages or delays
Prepare production reports and follow up on performance

Requirements
At least two years of experience in production planning or PPC in an industrial environment
Diploma or degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, or HVAC manufacturing - preferred




Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Experience working with BOMs and ERP systems
Solid Excel skills
Valuable written and spoken English
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Additional Notes
Ability to work closely with the production floor
Experience in large industrial projects - advantage
Willingness to work at different project and production sites in India
