Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the disbursement process of rural term loans.
Develop and implement strategies to increase loan volumes and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, traders, and village leaders.
Conduct field visits to monitor loan performance and provide coaching to loan officers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business prospects and improve processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the emerging markets.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly rural term loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal s to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving s to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working in emerging markets or similar roles is preferred.
