Role & responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, standees, hoardings and marketing materials.
Develop visually appealing creatives aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
Design promotional materials for real estate projects, infrastructure projects, resorts, events and corporate activities.
Create campaign concepts and visual themes for digital and offline marketing.
Prepare artwork in appropriate sizes and formats for print and digital platforms.
Edit and enhance photographs, project images and marketing visuals.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and overall brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile
Edit promotional videos, Reels, YouTube videos, project walkthroughs,



corporate videos and social media content.
Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Add transitions, effects, text animations, background music, voiceovers and subtitles.
Create motion graphics and basic animations to improve video engagement.
Edit property/project videos using raw footage, photographs, graphics and drone footage.
Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for different social media platforms.
Handle video editing from concept/storyboard to final output.
